MM2 Chroma values
Same weapon, rainbow finish, very different price.
A chroma is a godly with a shifting rainbow finish. Same knife or gun underneath, usually from the same box or event as the plain one, but at a much lower drop rate. That rarity is where the extra value comes from.
The premium is not a fixed rule. On this list it runs from barely 10% over the base (Chroma Candleflame, Chroma Elderwood Blade) to well over twenty times it (Chroma Bauble, Chroma Travelers Gun). When a chroma sits within a few percent of its base, the market is telling you it was never really rare.
Chromas look the same as their base version in a small trade slot. That is not a small detail. It is the reason one specific scam has worked for years.
Think of a chroma as the same item with a much worse drop rate. Nothing about the weapon changes. Only how many exist.
Every chroma has a plain twin somewhere on this list. The two prices tell you how rare the shiny one actually was, which is often less than people assume.
Chromas came from the same boxes and events as their base versions, just far less often. Some were genuinely hard to pull. Some were not, and their prices show it.

MM2 chroma values by tier
The 65 priced chroma items span 20 to 140K, a spread of roughly 7000× from the cheapest to the most valuable, with the median sitting at 48. Tier 5 is the top bracket and Tier 1 the entry level.
| Tier | Items | Value range | Top item |
|---|---|---|---|
| TIER 3 | 46 | 20 – 140K | Chroma Travelers Gun |
| TIER 1 | 19 | 20 – 60 | Chroma Darkbringer |
Most wanted chroma items right now
Demand is how badly traders want an item, scored out of 10. These are the chromas easiest to trade away at full value; Chroma Emberscythe leads at 8/10.
How chroma trading works in MM2
Never swap a chroma for its plain version one for one, in either direction. The gap is the whole point. Check the glow in the trade window before you accept, because the view and switch scam works exactly because Chroma Darkbringer and Darkbringer look alike in a small slot.
Chromas are the big notes of MM2. If you are trading for something in the thousands, a couple of mid chromas usually gets you there without filling every slot.
Look at the item, not the name in the list. Names can be faked in chat. The glow in the trade window cannot.
Before you accept, close the trade window and open it again. Anything that changed while you were reading was meant to change.
A chroma with a small premium over its base is not a bargain. It is a sign the base was already easy to get. Check both numbers.
For a fast check, open the MM2 trade calculator. It adds the value of every item on both sides and shows whether the trade is fair. To find someone who actually wants your chroma, post in the trade feed. There is a longer write-up in MM2 chroma guide.

MM2 Chroma values: FAQ
What is the highest MM2 chroma value right now?
The top MM2 chroma value is Chroma Travelers Gun at 140K. Chroma values follow the community trade feed, so the leader can change from week to week.
How often do MM2 chroma values update?
We sync this list with the community trade feed several times a day. If a chroma gets repriced, the change shows up here the same day, not at the end of the month.
Where can I check if a chroma trade is fair?
Open the free MM2 trade calculator, add the items on each side, and you get the exact value gap. It works for any mix of chromas, godlies, ancients, chromas and pets.
What are the supreme chroma values in MM2?
The word covers two things. Supreme Values is the second community price list, and every card above carries its figure next to the MM2 one so you can compare them; the switch at the top of the grid decides which leads. "Supreme" is also older slang for the very top of a tier, and for chromas that is Chroma Travelers Gun at 140K, followed by Chroma Evergun at 48K. This page is ranked by value, so those are always the first cards you see.
Do MM2Values.com and Supreme Values agree on chroma prices?
Not always, and this page shows you where they part company. Each card carries both numbers and the percentage between them, so a chroma the two lists disagree about is obvious before you trade it rather than during the argument. Wide gaps almost always sit on items that hardly change hands.
How many chroma items are there in MM2?
This list tracks 65 chroma items. It updates automatically as items are added or removed from the community feed.
Is a chroma worth more than a godly in MM2?
It depends entirely on the individual items rather than the tier. Chroma values on this page span from 20 up to 140K, which overlaps several other tiers. Compare the two specific items in the trade calculator rather than assuming one tier beats another.
What does stability mean for an MM2 chroma?
Stability is how steady the price has been. Stable and Doing well are safe to trade at listed value. Peaking and Overpaid for are short-term highs, good to trade out of. Recovering and Underpaid for can be smart pickups if you can hold for a while.
