Legendary items sit just under godly. Years ago a legend was a big deal. Now that the game has so many godlies, most legends are worth under 10 and plenty are under 1. A couple of event legends, the Latte pair for example, sit well above the rest.
The name has aged badly. When MM2 was young, a legend was near the top of what you could own. Then the godly tier grew and grew, and the legends stayed where they were.
Most legends came out of ordinary boxes, so there are a lot of them about. Supply is the whole story here.
This is the tier where value and feeling drift furthest apart. Legends still sound rare. The numbers say otherwise for nearly all of them.
A few event legends broke the pattern and hold real value. They are the exception, and they are worth looking up by name rather than assuming.

The 78 priced legend items span 0.08 to 140, a spread of roughly 1750× from the cheapest to the most valuable, with the median sitting at 1. Tier 5 is the top bracket and Tier 1 the entry level.

Demand is how badly traders want an item, scored out of 10. These are the legends easiest to trade away at full value; Golden leads at 3/10.
How legend trading works in MM2
Stack them. Nobody is trading one legend for one godly, but four or five decent legends for a cheap godly is a completely normal offer. Watch demand on the rest though. A legend with demand 1 can sit in your inventory for weeks.
Legends are where a lot of small value gets lost by accident. Ten legends can look like a serious pile and total less than a single Darkbringer. Price the pile, not the count.
Use them to close gaps. When a trade is off by two or three points, a legend is the neatest way to fix it without giving away a whole godly.
If someone is sending you a screen full of legends, add them up before you get excited. Screens full of items are designed to look bigger than they are.
Sort your legends by demand, not value. The high-value ones nobody wants are the ones that will still be sitting there next month.

What are the supreme legend values in MM2?
The word covers two things. Supreme Values is the second community price list, and every card above carries its figure next to the MM2 one so you can compare them; the switch at the top of the grid decides which leads. "Supreme" is also older slang for the very top of a tier, and for legends that is Latte Gun at 140, followed by Latte Knife at 140. This page is ranked by value, so those are always the first cards you see.

Not always, and this page shows you where they part company. Each card carries both numbers and the percentage between them, so a legend the two lists disagree about is obvious before you trade it rather than during the argument. Wide gaps almost always sit on items that hardly change hands.

What does stability mean for an MM2 legend?
Stability is how steady the price has been. Stable and Doing well are safe to trade at listed value. Peaking and Overpaid for are short-term highs, good to trade out of. Recovering and Underpaid for can be smart pickups if you can hold for a while.
