MM2 codes: there are none, and here is what the code box is for
Murder Mystery 2 has no working codes. It has had none since COMB4T2, the Combat II knife code released with Season 1 in May 2019. Every list titled "MM2 codes 2026" that you will find elsewhere is a list of expired codes under a new headline. The Enter Code box still sits in the bottom right of the Inventory screen, which is why people keep looking, but nothing typed into it has worked for years.
How to redeem a code, if one ever appears
- Open Murder Mystery 2 and wait for the lobby to load.
- Open your Inventory from the lobby menu.
- Find the Enter Code box in the bottom right corner of the Inventory screen.
- Type the code exactly as it was published. Codes use capitals and swap numbers for letters, so COMB4T2 is not Combat2.
- Confirm. A valid code adds the item to your inventory at once. An expired one shows a short error and nothing else.

Where codes came from, and why they stopped
When codes existed they came from three places: announcements by Nikilis, the game's creator; event tie-ins such as the 2017 Halloween code; and promotions run with YouTubers between 2017 and 2019, which is where most of the skin codes in the table above came from. They were a way to hand out small cosmetics to people who followed the game outside Roblox.
They stopped because the game changed how it rewards players. From 2019 onwards new items arrived through seasonal events with their own currency, battle passes with thirty tiers, and mystery boxes with published odds. Those systems reward time spent in the game, which a code never could. The box in the Inventory was left in place rather than removed, and that is the whole story behind the yearly wave of "new codes" searches.

Sites and videos promising "working codes" or "free godlies for codes" are bait. The usual trick is a code that only works after you log in on their page, or a generator that asks for your Roblox password. No real code has ever needed your password, and no code has ever given a godly. If a page asks you to sign in to get a code, close it. Are there any working MM2 codes right now?
No. Murder Mystery 2 has not had a working code since COMB4T2 in May 2019. Any page or video claiming to have a current code is either listing expired ones or trying to get you to click something.
How do I redeem a code in MM2?
Open the game, open your Inventory, and look in the bottom right corner for the Enter Code box. Type the code exactly as written, including capitals and the number-for-letter swaps, then confirm. If the code is expired you get a message saying so and nothing else happens.
Why does MM2 not release codes any more?

What about the Halloween event, is there a code for it?
There is no Halloween code. The event rewards come from Candies earned in rounds and daily quests, spent on the battle pass tiers and the Halloween box. The event page lists what each tier gives and what the items are worth.
